1️⃣ Compact Design – Fits into the Pouch - Substantial 53 cc Capacity.

The Rimmedtech™ Bone Dust Trap is designed to fit securely within the surgical draping pouch, helping reduce crowding around the operative field and keeping the device away from the surgeon’s immediate working space.

Despite its compact OR footprint, the collection container provides a 53 cc internal volume, combining substantial capacity with efficient positioning in the surgical field.

2️⃣ Fixation Clip Stress-Tested Across Multiple Batches

We tested the fixation clip on 30 finished Rimmedtech™ Bone Dust Trap devices from three separate production batches.

For each device, the clip was displaced five times using a calibrated caliper, with a minimum required displacement of 12 mm.

Results:

✓ All clips remained intact and fully functional

✓ No cracking, deformation, breakage, or loss of fixation

✓ Clips tolerated measured displacements of up to 26 mm

✓ Zero deviations across all 30 devices

These results demonstrate that the fixation clip withstands repeated handling and maintains reliable attachment to surgical drapes within the tested displacement range.
